        Verdict

        GRAGEELAGH GIRL, winning pointer and bumper, made a solid start over hurdles at Newton Abbot. Always travelling well, she outpaced a Flat winner on the run to the last and had a bit in hand. That looks stronger form than Tillythetank’s victory in a maiden at Exeter, though she is also open to plenty of improvement. Darlyn and Fifty Peach Way, both fourth on their respective hurdling debuts, looks the pick of the remainder with experience, though Conistone is worth a market check on her first run for the Skeltons having won on the Flat last year.
