AERIAL, a four times winner over fences including in Grade 3 company, was second in a Grade 2 hurdle at Cheltenham a year ago. Though disappointing on his reappearance, there will be no excuses today if he fails to open his account over the larger obstacles. Demographic should improve on his sixth at Uttoxeter but whether the extra yardage will suit is anybody's guess. Power Of God did win over 3m between the flags and then showed promise in bumpers. He may be the one to cash in if the selection flops again.
