THE ROMFORD PELE ran Court Minstrel to four lengths in what looked a competitive maiden hurdle at Cheltenham last month. He can go one better here ahead of Roberto Pegasus, fourth in a Listed event at Kempton on his debut over hurdles and likely to improve for the experience. Suerte Al Salto, winner of a Fontwell bumper in May, refused to settle on his hurdles bow at Wincanton and had nothing left up the home straight. He's up against a couple of potentially decent novices here but should still make the frame as few of the others make much appeal on what they've shown so far.
