Verdict

One suspects TIME'S ARROW has proved a frustration for Sir Michael Stoute after rattling up a trio of runner-up finishes, most recently when succumbing by the minimum distance at Beverley. He'll stay the mile well and his master trainer has identified a gilt-edged opportunity for the son of Redoute's Choice to finally go one better. Mark Johnston has bigger fish to fry in Berkshire this week but his Bicolour showed some improvement on second start in a Wolverhampton maiden and further progress could see her give the Newmarket raider a race, although handicaps surely beckon for the daughter of Tiznow. Les Pecheurs also showed some progression here in a maiden last time and is next best.
