In depth

Verdict

Super Sonic Boom has yet to reach a place in seven starts over timber and is difficult to recommend on what he's shown to date. Winning bumper Blue Bicycle has found heavy going against him on his last two starts and is making his debut over timber while three-times Flat winner Prince Chaparral hasn't shown much over hurdles so far. Coral Creek has several lines of form that would be good enough for this and the fact that he's still a maiden after 14 starts, while of obvious concern, shouldn't be held against him as he's won six times on the Flat. However, he may find one too good here in SPOT FINE, a lightly-raced and progressive type who ran an excellent race behind Play The Market at Naas and should be good enough to go one better. Great Span may do best of the remainder.
