Verdict

St Killian's Run is still a maiden over hurdles but has been getting closer and his latest effort behind Irish Soul at Punchestown, when Realta Rathcabhain and On My Own were well beaten, gives him an obvious chance. Paul Townend was on board MACKEY BOY for the first time when his mount was heavily supported at Limerick. Sticky jumping cost Patrick Neville's charge the race and a better round should see him gain compensation. Sunday's Wexford winner Monahullan Prince would be a big threat if getting a run from his reserve spot so Would You Do That, who was only just over 3l behind, has to be considered.
