One Fine Morning went up 12lb for a very easy victory at Limerick then fell when chasing the leaders at Punchestown. He has to be respected though the race won by Baily Dusk at Clonmel last month may hold the key to this. Mouse Morris' charge had 4l to spare over THELOBSTERCATCHER with A Decent Excuse a further 3l back in third but, as the winner has since run a fine race at Naas and is now 15lb higher, the runner-up should have his measure on the revised terms and gets the vote. The event is complicated by the presence of Easy Vic at the bottom of the handicap. He was due to run over hurdles at Fairyhouse yesterday with a real chance and wouldn't receive a penalty if successful. Kilcommon Pride may prove best of the remainder after his first decent run for new connections at Down Royal.
