Verdict

Ferris Bueller has taken a long time to warm to fences but has been in better form of late and must be on the short-list. Winning bumper and point-to-pointer The Amarillo Kid last his maiden tag over hurdles at Downpatrick and this isn't the toughest start over fences and though Too Wild For Der doesn't have much experience his close third behind Ordinary Man here in April would be good enough to put him in the frame. ANNIE OTHER made a bright start over fences when runner-up to Character Actor here in April and was taking on better class when falling at Kilbeggan. She was a progressive hurdler and is taken to gain her first success over fences.
