In depth

Verdict

Matchaway won a maiden hurdle here in April and Sneaking Budge won a juvenile hurdle at Sandown at the start of the year. But DIAMOND ROCK has the more recent form with a victory in a handicap hurdle at Stratford last month and he should go close again given the runner-up has since won. Wilcos Mo Chara won at Navan in September but has been raised a further 7lb after going close at Cork subsequently while Newberry New won at Fairyhouse back in February but was pulled-up on his debut for new connections a fortnight ago. Que Sera and Bruce Almighty are both capable of better than their latest form suggests.
