    Verdict

CHESAPEAKE won nicely at Worcester last time out and we side with the Jonjo O'Neill option here ahead of the decent last time out winner here Hadron Collider and former Irish pointer Rebel Hunter. The selection was behind Lamboro Lad when last seen at Uttoxeter but has progressed nicely since then. He can record back-to-back successes after finding improvement from blinkers last time out, they are applied again today. Hadron Collider took to the Uttoxeter course well last time out and will be a big threat to our selection. He stayed on gamely in the final furlong to win by a length-and-a-half and is certainly respected. Rebel Hunter may also play a part after a good try on his debut under rules at this course last time. He is likely to benefit for that experience and holds claims. However we go for Tony McCoy's mount, Chesapeake, who can score today.
