In depth

Verdict

Quietly was placed several times over timber but ran out on his chasing debut at Sedgefield before finding 2m3f too short at Wetherby. Big Meadow has won a point-to-point and a bumper before beaten narrowly on his chasing debut over this trip at Wetherby. He faced a stiff task in the 3m4f Sussex National at Plumpton and this should be less daunting. Winning bumper and hurdler Sam Noir is making his debut over fences and was well beaten on his only start on heavy ground. Winning point-to-pointer CRANK EM UP is going the right way over fences judging by his victory over 3m1f on heavy ground at Wincanton and though 7lb higher can continue his winning form. Ceann Sibheal has been well beaten in both starts over the bigger obstacles.
