Azure Fly recorded a string of placed efforts over the winter and the handicapper has relented a little dropping him 2lb after last month’s third at Musselburgh. Abbeygrey and Horatio Hornblower finished practically upsides when filling the places at Ffos Las three weeks ago with Beforeall well behind while West Of The Edge had been in good form at the end of last year but was well beaten at Exeter recently. Deputy Commander could go well but CARLI KING (NAP) returned to form with a close-up second over 3m at Doncaster recently. Caroline Bailey’s charge won this off a higher mark in 2015 and is taken to come out best once again.
