    Verdict

It could be that Crystallize is still on the up grade but with his mark now looking a little on the high side we'll take GAZBOOLOU to win this handicap with Cativo Cavallino also considered. The vote lands in the saddle of the selection as his mark has dropped below that of the last rating he carried to victory. He's also reunited with Chris Catlin for the first time since that last success so there is plenty in his favour. Crystallize has won his last two starts in slightly weaker races and as a result is 11lbs higher than that first victory. It might be he is still improving but with the margins of victory reducing his mark looks prohibitive. Cativo Cavallino is competitively rated but looks in need of a reprieve from the assessor before he scores again while Diego Rivera is effective over this trip but looked to struggle a bit under this burden last time. Again it's not the best in terms of quality but Gazboolou looks like the winner.
