Verdict

Jedd O'Keefe's Luna Landing has the highest rating of the six runners for this selling hurdle and has claims on his best but he has disappointed in recent starts over timber and on the level so looks best watched in a race taken to go to JIMBATAI, who is preferred ahead of King Of Castile. The Evan Williams-trained gelding ran better dropped into this grade at Uttoxeter recently and he has every chance of going one better on ground that clearly suits. Just Dan has given little sign of encouragement from limited starts over hurdles, while Rahy's Crown has been pulled up in his last two outings and makes little appeal. Keith Reveley's Starbougg reverts to hurdles after a couple of outings over fences and back on the flat at Newcastle and she has to be considered but remains a maiden after 22 starts under all varieties of racing and a better bet looks to be Jimbatai. Tim Vaughan's gelding has been running well over fences in his last two outings and lost no caste in defeat in a better race than this when last over timber so he looks the one they all have to beat in this grade today.
