In depth

Verdict

Sauchiehall Street beat Dorian Gray over 1m4f at Lingfield earlier this month and that one had earlier beaten Mr Carbonator and Sincerely Resdev at Southwell, though Philip Kirby’s charge comes out best at the weights today. DEADLY REEL has improved as she’s stepped up in trip. Only beaten a neck last time at Chelmsford, when well ahead of River Glades, she’s also been placed twice on Turf and can finally open her account. Quantatmental has yet to make the frame but does have a nice pedigree, though may find this a bit too far.
