The race conditions suit MIDNIGHT GAME, who can take advantage on his fourth start over fences. Rated 147 over hurdles at this time a year ago, he attempted to make all over 2m4f at Kilbeggan last month and only faded in the closing stages. Klepht is a useful performer on his day who ran well in the Galway Plate last year and that's likely to be his target again. Lord Ben is a useful and consistent performer over hurdles and fences who will do his best while The Amarillo Kid will have benefited from his recent run at Gowran, his first since down the field in the Paddy Power at Leopardstown's Christmas fixture. The remaining duo will need to improve but are young enough to do so.
