In depth

Verdict

MISS SAPPHIRE has to carry extra for her bumper victory but made a promising start over hurdles behind Don't KIck Nor Bite at Cork and looks to have more scope than most of these. She holds The Kings Baby on that run but winning point-to-pointer White Lilac may have been finding the ground too testing over timber and can probably do better. The four-year-old Miss Sassie showed a bit of promise at Tramore but Day Day has had 17 starts without winning.
