Verdict

Alottarain might be a popular selection given recent weather. She would have every chance if forgiven a poor run here last month when pulled up. But HOPE'S WISHES has at least won a race, albeit a lesser contest at Stratford on quicker going in August. Barry Brennan has booked the promising teenager Harry Cobden for the ride so she looks the one to beat. Actonetaketwo did win a couple of times on the all-weather so has ability, though her lack of stamina has been evident in races so far over timber.
