Verdict

Paul Nicholls sent out last year’s winner and CAPTAIN CATTISTOCK has leading claims in this. He won a novice event over track and trip before landing a handicap over these hurdles and Lorcan Williams’ allowance helps reduce a double penalty. Run To Milan is weighted to figure and this is easier than his latest task in a Grade 3 contest at Sandown while Darcy Ward and Carole's Vigilante are both progressive types arriving on the back of novice wins at Taunton and Hereford respectively.
