    Verdict

Joint top-weight Rescue Me is selected to land the finale for the Richard Hannon stable. A winner off 63 over course and distance on her penultimate start, she was noted doing her best work in the closing stages at Newmarket last time but those on the pace throughout dominated the finish. Provided a strong pace materialises, she will take all the beating. Gross Prophet and Welcome Releaf look the biggest dangers to the selection. Gross Prophet has been dropped three pound from his last effort at Newmarket while Welcome Releaf, who¿s two wins have been achieved on the all-weather would have claims on picks of his form. Dr Synn has dropped to what looks an attractive mark and has each way credentials but Rescue Me can land it.
