      Verdict

Esprit Danseur and Fairyinthewind showed promise on their respective debuts, but LADYSHIP's third at Newmarket looks stronger form. The winner has since finished fourth in Group company and Sir Michel Stoute's filly will have come on for the experience. Perchance is half-sister to the useful Qushchi and should be noted on her debut, while fellow newcomer Beach Candy is a sister to a juvenile winner. Cockney Dancer makes her racecourse debut for new trainer Charles Hills and the half-sister to five winners makes most appeal of the remainder.
