Verdict

Rex Imperator was very impressive in winning his maiden at Nottingham but beat little of note and takes on a much better standard of opposition here. We're prepared to take him on with BIG NOTE, who was a little too keen for his own good at Chester last time. He still holds entries in the Mill Reef and Middle Park, however, so connections are obviously expecting him to recoup losses. Foxtrot India has a bit to find on recent form but Dixie's Dream is still improving and Sean Levey's allowance means he gets 6lb from his rivals in this.
