Yet another handicap, and while the assessor has his appointment with the doctor after complaining of exhaustion, we reckon Tropical Strait can make a successful handicap debut, with Fisher Bridge his biggest threat. The selection romped away with a Kempton maiden by 12 lengths last time and while it should pay to tread with a little caution due to this being his first run after being given a rating of 71, he was impressive. Fisher Bridge benefited from the step up to this trip at Leicester last time and has gone up 3lb to 78 as a result of that three-quarters-of-a-length success, but looks sure to be heavily involved. Ravenna has had a good summer, but looks a bit too high in the weights, while Arsad has to put a disappointing Newmarket effort behind her, and if she does she can also be competitive from this mark. But Tropical Strait was most impressive last time and can make a winning handicap debut.
