Verdict

J J LEARY coped well with the drop back to today's trip at Kempton last week when worn down in the closing stages having led for most of the way. He's fancied to hold on for victory at this track if similar tactics are employed and confirm running with Armiger and George Fenton. The latter pair look the main dangers to the selection, though Magilini finished a place ahead of Tuibama when fourth over the minimum trip here three weeks ago and is open to further progress.
