Verdict

A trappy finale despite a lack of numbers and Pinch Of Salt should cope with Eumene and Generous Lad. Pinch Of Salt has ran creditably at Kempton of late and while the handicapper has somewhat limited his opportunities at this stage of the year, he looks still on an upward curve. Eumene was behind the selection when they met at the start of the month. There was plenty to like about the hurdler's first start on the all-weather and he can be expected to run his race. Generous Lad has been disappointing of late and cannot be considered with much confidence. Invasian isn't a regular winner and appears tripless. Pinch Of Salt looks the best of this bunch and we select him in the nightcap.
