        Verdict

        Spark Up, Miskina and Pheckless are the three to consider here and preference is for Spark Up. Spark Up had been running respectably before scoring in fine style last time and carries a six pound penalty here. Progressing well, Spark Up looks set to follow up. Paul Hanagan takes the ride on Pheckless and his mount has slipped down the handicap after a winless run. However, there has been enough about recent performances to suggest Pheckless may not be far away here. Eddie Ahern takes the ride on Miskina who has turned in two respectable efforts recently. She won over the course and distance in November and is only a few pounds higher here and with Ahern's assistance can go well. For the selection though we return to Spark Up who can win again.
