Verdict

John Potts returns to the scene of his four-timer in December and January and can't be ignored despite racing off the same mark as when readily brushed aside at Kempton earlier this month. King Of Connacht hinted at a return to form when third over C&D on Friday, while Lean Machine will have his supporters having only been raised a pound for beating White Deer by a neck at Lingfield earlier this month. But this represents a significant drop in grade for STRONG VIGILANCE, who clearly has his quirks but responded well to Jamie Spencer's urgings when fourth at Lingfield on his return from a break and should strip fitter here.
