Verdict

SCHOOL FOR SCANDAL appears to making hard work of chalking up his first win, but did nothing wrong when placed behind the well regarded Yaseer in December and the progressive Geordie Iris last time. Mark Johnston's charge should take care of these rivals unless Barbican turns out to be useful. The latter makes his racecourse debut here and, as a half-brother to a high-class turf winner in the USA, is worth noting for the future whatever happens today. Storm Tide stands out from the remainder who look up against it.
