    Verdict

HARD ROAD finally got off the mark on his latest start when winning with a bit in hand over C&D. He's taken to defy a penalty today at the chief expense of Arctic Galaxy. The latter went close over track and trip last week and Tiger Webb has been thereabouts on his last couple of starts at the track. Both should figure again ahead of Retreat Content who posted a better effort at Ayr last time having slipped down the weights. Monsieur Broughton could prove best of the rest.
