Jalouhar won nicely last time and must have every chance of following up, however Davids Mark has been running well and can gain an overdue success, St Ivian may do best of the others. Davids Mark has gone very close in three recent banded events and over what appears to be his best trip he can gain just reward for his consistency. Jalouhar will be a tough nut to crack having beaten the good yardstick Joy And Pain in a course and distance claimer last time out. This represents a drop in class and it is hard to see this one out of the first three. St Ivian finished behind Jalouhar last time but is better off at the weights and there should be little between them this afternoon. Stamford Blue is another to consider for each-way purposes, but if any horse deserves another victory it is Davids Mark and this one gets our vote.
