Verdict

PIDDIE'S POWER is much improved since last racing on the Polytrack and an apprentice's allowance means she can race off a lower mark than when scoring on the Turf at Lingfield in May. Ed McMahon's mare gets the vote with her main rivals looking to bounce back from below par efforts. Well beaten at Newmarket, Bouncy Bouncy had gone close at Pontefract before that and Bavarian Princess never figured at Lingfield last time having won over 7f here in February. Kyanight has failed to follow-up a debut win but went close over the minimum trip at this track last month while Fenella Fudge and My Own Way Home are upped in class.
