Verdict

BALLYMALIN did well over hurdles, winning four times, but should be even better over fences. He’s already been successful between the flags and can make a winning start over the larger obstacles, though there are a few in this who are likely to make useful chasers. Dadsintrouble is one and Thumb Stone Blues is another while Some Kinda Lama has stamina in abundance. Knight Of Noir has been placed twice in four runs over fences while Kelvingrove has had a couple of starts over course and distance and was just beaten in the first of those. Monbeg Charmer also has a future but this is a tough start.
