In depth

Verdict

Putra Eton cost 400,000gns as a yearling and will be expected to start repaying that sum sooner rather than later. But, as he's out of a Sadler's Wells mare, this trip could be a little on the sharp side so we'll go with the experience of HALF A PERSON. He was prominent for a long way on his debut at Leicester and, eased once his chance had gone, will know more today. Flashlight can only improve on his Beverley third but is another who'll need further in time while Lionheart's future probably lies in handicaps. None of the others make much appeal on what they've shown so far.
