Athletic has proved very consistent on the Polytrack lately and can race on a slightly lower mark on Turf. He has to go on the short-list while Hamble won over this course and distance as a two-year-old and has had a couple of runs at Cagnes-sur-mer this year. Jonnie Skull made a successful return to Turf when scoring by three lengths over a mile here two weeks ago and can't be ignored but the handicapper has taken a real chance with KATY'S SECRET. There is a question mark over her wellbeing after a break but she's gone well here in the past and is 10lb lower than when runner-up over 6f at the track in September.
