A competitive little heat in which all command respect but MISSISSIPPI has returned to action in good heart after nearly a year off and should be spot-on after a couple of promising runs. He's unlucky not to have more than a single success to his name, having performed with credit in competitive sprint handicaps on many an occasion in the past two or three seasons and is preferred to sole 3-y-o Tanzeel. The latter could well emerge as a major improver after just four career starts and did well to run Ex Ex to a head on reappearance last month after not settling as well as he might. He rates a real threat to the selection with the game and consistent Tagula Night, unlucky when hampered at Sandown last time, completing the shortlist in a sparky sprint.
