Verdict

Semayyel was a huge price when landing this Listed race 12 months ago as a three-year-old but older fillies don't have a great record and a follow up looks unlikely. By the same measure, Hippy Hippy Shake also has a bit to do but Ribbons looks to be on an upward curve though, like Jabhaat, steps out of handicap company to take her chance against rivals with placed form at a higher level. Shuruq, winner of the UAE Oaks at the start of the year in Meydan, was third in another Group 3 at Sandown last month but we're inclined to give ROCK CHOIR another chance. Behind Hippy Hippy Shake when getting outpaced on fast ground at Salisbury last time, she'd impressed at Newbury and Goodwood earlier and looks well up to winning in this grade. Agent Allison has been highly tried and shouldn't be ignored given her best form has been on slow going.
