Verdict

Course specialist The Ducking Stool has recorded all five wins so far at this track and should be thereabouts on his return. But ANA SHABABIYA ran well on her reappearance when third at Redcar and she looks capable of winning off her current mark on that evidence. Both Minstrel Lad and Minstrels Gallery finished second on the Polytrack recently but the former was beaten only a head and makes most appeal of that pair. Gabrial The Terror goes handicapping for the first time and is worth noting for any strong support in the betting.
