      Verdict

Ravenna, Sforzando and Medieval Maiden are the three for the shortlist and we stick with Ravenna. The filly looks to have finally realised what the game is about and if transferring her recent all-weather form to turf, she should take the beating. Sforzando wins in her turn although she holds no secrets. Medieval Maiden is a tricky individual at home and at the track and it would not be the biggest surprise were she to consent to put her best foot forward on this occasion. Snake Skin is always thereabouts and cannot be too readily discounted. White Moss has hinted at ability and is interesting now qualified for handicaps. Tafiya bids to break her maiden at the tenth attempt. Chiff Chaff narrowly failed to land a gamble last time out at Wolverhampton. Diamond Key returns after landing a seller on heavy going at Warwick.Ravenna is in good nick and appears the percentage call.
