Verdict

Four Better scored on her racecourse debut but finished a disappointing fifth on her handicap bow at Windsor, while Alice Rose failed to land the odds last time after going close at Doncaster before that. TRAVELLER'S TALES found only her stablemate Operettist too good in a Salisbury maiden earlier this month with today's rival Altona back in third and she gets the vote to make further progress on her handicap debut. Chatterati is steadily improving and should figure, but it was only a seller that The New Black won at Newbury in July and she'll need to find more here.
