In depth

Verdict

Bridle Belle could cap a decent day for Richard Fahey if consenting to put her best foot forward as this will be the lowest mark she's ever competed off. Calaf may have been flattered by a recent win in a higher grade at Ayr, however, as he had only scraped home in a seller at Haydock previously. Shamdarley has to go on the short-list following his third in the consolation Cambridgeshire at Newmarket but Kay Gee Be was beaten in an ordinary claimer at Wolverhampton on Tuesday while the handicapper appears to have a firm grip on Crown Counsel. Demolition and Kiwi Bay also have their fair share of weight but TRES CORONAS is back a decent mark and the ground has turned in his favour again. He didn't run badly when fourth at Catterick last time and should take all the beating here with Luke McNiff taking off 5lb.
