Verdict

This looks too tough a task for Cracking Lass and Certral, but Set To Music is steadily working her way up through the rankings and The Queen's filly has enough stamina in her pedigree to suggest she'll stay this extra quarter-mile. Mirror Lake may struggle to last home, however, while Polly's mark has disappointed this season though has tackled stronger company in her last three starts. Wild Coco would have been the selection but for a modest effort when favourite at Goodwood last time, though she wouldn't be the first to disappoint on the Sussex Downs. Sir Henry Cecil's charge has a 6lb penalty to carry in the grade, however, so AMAZING BEAUTY is preferred. She may have been ridden too aggressively when last in the Musidora here in May but did a lot better when held up in a Group 3 at Cork last time and could profit from similar tactics in this.
