A performance that oozed class from DUBAI PRINCE, and much like Racing Post Trophy winner Casamento, he is likely to head to Dubai next for the Godolphin setup. Always nicely-placed in third, a few lengths detached from the duelling front-runners Catalpa Sail and Petronius Maximus, he then cruised up to take the lead two furlongs from home and soon put the race to bed. Scooting two lengths clear at the furlong marker he was able to stretch languidly away for an emphatic win. This run gives another boost to the form of Seville who was a length behind this colt on debut at Gowran Park. There was a good battle for second here between two Michael Tabor-owned colts, with Warning Flag just besting Park Avenue late on. The former had been committed slightly earlier to chase the winner and perhaps that was to his detriment in the last 20 yards, although he was still running on well. Warning Flag was the more-fancied of the owner's horses and he ran well to give the form some substance; he's unlucky to have bumped into something special. Oor Jock and Obligada both blew any (remote) chance at the start, whilst Ruling was another to start the race tepidly. He came from off the gallop to take a never threatening fourth and remains of interest in easier company.
