The Dragons enter the clash having won their last five outings in all competitions as they continue to place pressure of the top four in the standings.
Frayssinous will hope Vincent Duport's rich vein of form can continue with the centre having scored four tries in as many games.
Brent Webb, Olivier Elima, Louis Anderson, Julian Bousquet and Jason Baitieri all remain on the injury list for the Dragons who could move temporarily into fourth with victory over the Robins.
Meanwhile, Hull KR boss Craig Sandercock has made four changes to the side which beat Huddersfield Giants 35-28 last time out.
Sean Gleeson makes his first appearance in the match-day squad this season after recovering from a long-standing back injury.
However, Lincoln Withers is unavailable after sustaining a hamstring injury and will be replaced by Keal Carlile while Cory Paterson makes his return after serving a four-match ban.
The Dragons have run out victors in the last five meetings between the sides, with the Robins' most recent win coming in September 2011 when they prevailed 30-28 at the Stade Gilbert Brutus.
