The hosts will be looking to scupper the Exiles' bid for a hat-trick of wins in the mid-season clash after narrow victories in 2011 and 2012.
England enter the contest as favourites and will be led out by Leeds veteran Kevin Sinfield, while four Warrington players will be involved in front of their home fans.
The final starting spot at half-back will be fought out by Rangi Chase and Richie Myler, while the recalled Brett Ferres is hoping to gain a place on the bench at the expense of Jamie Jones-Buchanan.
Hull KR's half-back pairing of Michael Dobson and Travis Burns will appear in an Exiles' shirt for the first time.
Team-mate and forward Mickey Paea also debuts in Brian McClennan's side while Zeb Taia (Catalan Dragons), Harrison Hansen (Wigan) and Chris Bailey (London Broncos) are the other debutants.
Brett Hodgson will captain the Exiles and the full-back will lead out a team that also includes fellow Warrington players Joel Monaghan and Trent Waterhouse for the fixture at their home ground.
St Helens second rower Sia Soliola is the Exiles' only ever-present going into the fourth match against England.
