The Wolves have included scrum-half Richie Myler, who has played only one game in the last three months due to a knee injury, in their 19-man squad for the game at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Their squad also includes full-back Brett Hodgson, who missed Warrington's opening play-off win over Leeds with an Achilles problem, and second rower Trent Waterhouse, who has been battling to shake off knee medial ligament damage sustained in the 40-20 victory over the Rhinos two weeks ago.
Warrington head coach Tony Smith is looking forward to taking on his old club, knowing it will be a tough battle against a team which picked up this season's League Leaders' Shield.
He told the Wolves' official website: "We've reached the exciting part of the year where everybody - fans, coaches and players alike - are on the edge of their seats with expectations of high quality Rugby League.
Tough
"The fact that we got this far meant that we'd be playing tough opposition whichever team we faced, we realised and expected that and look forward to the challenge it will bring.
"Huddersfield have had a terrific season and deserve all the plaudits that they've gained so far. Hopefully we can maintain our recent good form and take that into the match on Thursday."
The Giants were selected by Warrington in 'Club Call' despite claiming the League Leaders' Shield and finishing two places ahead of champions Leeds Rhinos, who take on Wigan on the road on Friday night.
Huddersfield coach Paul Anderson has named an unchanged squad for the clash, with full-back Scott Grix and forward Ukuma Ta'ai expected to recover from knocks picked up in last week's 76-18 win over Hull.
Warrington have beaten Huddersfield in all three of the sides' meetings in 2013.
