Halifax are in danger of losing duo Will Sharp and Simon Grix to suspension after both players were charged by the Rugby Football League's match review panel.
Winger Sharp faces a two-match ban after he was charged with grade B tripping in Halifax's 36-12 home defeat by Widnes in the Super 8s Qualifiers on Sunday.
Sharp must attend a disciplinary hearing in Leeds on Tuesday evening but back-rower Grix could avoid the trip and a ban by submitting an early guilty plea in response to a grade A dangerous contact charge.
Wakefield forward Tinirau Arona received a caution for striking with a knee but no Super League players were charged.
