Utility back Craig Hall has become the latest high-profile player to join Leigh's quest for an immediate return to Super League.

The 29-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Centurions after he was granted an early release from his contract with Toronto Wolfpack due to family reasons.

Hall, formerly of Hull, Hull KR and Wakefield, faces an immediate reunion with the club he captained to promotion when Leigh welcome Toronto in their Championship opener on February 4.

"Craig comes with a wealth of experience and leadership qualities," said Centurions head coach Neil Jukes.

"His durability in his career to date has given him a wide range of knowledge and skill set to play extremely well in pretty much every back line position, including the halves. His point-scoring record reinforces that.

"He will start immediately with the boys this week and hit the ground running as our preparations for 2018 commence."
