The 20-year-old Cumbrian, who made his debut off the bench against Salford in 2011, has made one substitute appearance in each of the past two seasons.
Singleton spent time with Co-op Championship side Dewsbury Rams and playing regular first-team rugby has increased his appetite to break into Brian McDermott's team.
However, the youngster knows he is behind a string of internationals in Leeds' squad as the likes of Jamie Peacock and Kyle Leuluai continue to impress following illustrious careers.
"I understand and I know I have to be patient," he told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"I am a young prop and people say props don't really break through until they are 24. But I feel like I am ready now. I'll be up for it next year and it's definitely going to be a big year for me.
"We've got a squad where nearly everybody, if they aren't an international, they are an ex-international. They all want to play, so I know I have to be patient. But I just need to get playing.
"There's four shirts for props, so there's always going to be competition. I can't really set a target for how many games I want to get, all I can do is play."
