England star Ben Westwood available for World Cup opener despite ban
Warrington's Ben Westwood will be available for England's World Cup campaign despite being hit with a one-match ban.

The RFL found him guilty of a Grade B punching offence during Warrington's Grand Final defeat to Wigan.
Westwood pleaded guilty to the charge and has been ruled out of the warm-up match against Italy at Salford on October 19.
That means he will be available for the hosts' first match of the World Cup proper against favourites Australia.
Television replays showed the Wolves star - who was also fined £300 - catching Green with a blow to the head.
Westwood has joined up with England for a pre-World Cup training camp in South Africa and took part in the in the RFL disciplinary hearing via video link.
The second-rower scored a try for the Wolves in Manchester, helping to give them a 16-2 lead.
However, Wigan hit back with 28 unanswered points to lift the title.
