Ryan Hall last-gasp try gives Leeds the league leaders shield in 2015

As far as sporting dramas go, Ryan Hall's last-gasp try to seal the League Leaders' Shield for Leeds last season is among the very best.

The helicopter transporting the trophy was already on its way to Wigan, who had demolished Castleford 47-12, but Hall's heroics after the final hooter stunned Huddersfield and the helicopter had to change direction and head back over the Pennines to Leeds.

Once again the race for the league leaders shield has gone down to the final game and Warrington and Hull FC will battle it out, live on Sky Sports 2 HD on Friday.

A draw would be enough for Warrington to secure top spot, while Wigan will finish second and claim a home semi-final if they win their last match of the regular season against Catalans Dragons at the DW Stadium on Friday.

If Hull FC win, they will almost certainly win the shield unless Wigan produce their biggest ever win against Catalans as Hull FC have a 102 points advantage over the Warriors.

A Wigan defeat would pave the way for St Helens to finish third if they condemn Wakefield to a seventh Super 8s defeat at Langtree Park.
